Graham Bradley AM is one of Australia’s preeminent company directors, having led some of the country’s leading institutions.

Graham was previously Chairman of Energy Australia, HSBC Bank (Australia), Stockland and is currently non-executive Chairman of Infrastructure NSW, Virgin Australia International Holdings and WaveConn (formerly Stilmark).

Graham was made a member of the Order of Australia in 2009 in recognition of his contributions to business, medical research and the arts.

Jason Conroy

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Jason Conroy has over 30 years of experience working with businesses in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Jason is a former board member of companies in the power, utilities, resources and green technology sectors, and a former CFO of Transgrid, Australia’s largest electricity transmission and renewables grid connections business, and DUET Group, an ASX100 member that owned five energy infrastructure and utility businesses.

Jason is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (FCA), and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).

Nick is an accomplished private equity investment professional with extensive background in the climate and energy transition sectors.

Nick has investing and portfolio management experience spanning Australia & New Zealand, USA, Europe, Latin America and South East Asia.

Representative energy sector investments include Alinta Energy, Matrix Renewables, Evoltz and Gridserve.

Louise joins Symphony having worked with both Steven and Graham at Stilmark through its growth and ultimate acquisition by OMERS Infrastructure, leading the governance and company secretarial team.

Prior Louise held senior roles as both General Counsel and Company Secretary at Vodafone Hutchison Australia leading the merger of 3 Australia and Vodafone Australia amongst roles at other leading law firms.

Steve is the founder of Symphony, having previously founded and built Stilmark into Australia’s leading independent mobile network tower developer and owner.

Stilmark demonstrated consistent and clear market leadership around tower build speed and capex through strong incentive alignment, introducing a new Australian market tower revenue and pricing model.

In May 2022, following the acquisition of the national tower portfolio of Vodafone Australia, OMERS Infrastructure acquired the Stilmark business rebranding the combined assets ‘WaveConn’.

NATHAN GOOLEY

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Nathan has over 20 years’ experience in global financial markets holding senior banking roles in Sydney, London, and New York working with the world’s largest private equity and hedge fund firms to provide innovative financial solutions.

Nathan led a team that arranged US$4 billion in financing for a US$20 billion fund, marking the first time a non-U.S. bank had achieved this.

Nathan lead the introduction of ESG performance metrics on the NAB loan book while leading the Portfolio Management & Pricing function covering $320bn of business, corporate and institutional loans. Nathan also lead teams across multiple transformative large scale M&A transactions.

Richard leads Lighthouse having relocated from Detroit as the immediate past Senior Vice President of manufacturing engineering at General Motors. In the global role, Richard oversaw the accelerated conversion of GM’s global manufacturing and tooling footprint to Electric Vehicles.

Richard has a passion for innovation and manufacturing as a source of competitive advantage and previously held responsibility for all General Motors Holden Australia manufacturing and automation activity, in addition to leading General Motors South East Asia manufacturing operations including Thailand & Vietnam over a distinguished 30 year career in automotive manufacturing.

RICHARD LOWE

Richard Lowe

CEO – SOLAS INFRASTRUCTURE


Richard brings over three decades of expertise in the infrastructure industry, both in Australia and globally. His career includes tenures at Macquarie Infrastructure, Rothschild, and Westpac. He has successfully executed projects totalling more than $120 billion in value.

Most recently, as the CEO of Lumea Infrastructure, Richard spearheaded initiatives in energy and telecommunications for the renewables sector. Under his leadership, the company built a robust portfolio that connects over 11,000MW of renewable energy. He also championed the commercialisation of innovative technologies to facilitate a smoother transition to sustainable energy.
